Organisations who are looking to register with ETITO’s assessment system can download a spreadsheet which enables them to provide the details of a number of employees at once. DAOs and those organisations looking to become DAOs should click here as a different process is involved.

When ETITO receives the completed spreadsheet individual employees will be emailed a confirmation email. Individual employees must then log-on to complete their personal profile before their account will activate.

ETITO will then send a spreadsheet of these candidates to the registering company, along with the ETITO number for each employee. This number will need to be on any evidence employees provide to their assessor. Employees will also use this number at the Companies Office when seeking authorisation. It will be used by the Financial Markets Authority to confirm employees have achieved the competency requirements for authorisation.

This spreadsheet can then be used for bulk payment. Bulk loading and acceptance of a spreadsheet of valid employees will flag them as paid in the booking system. This will allow employees to progress to booking.

Currently organisations can register employees with ETITO, and employees can then book:

• examinations and workplace assessments for Standard Sets A, C, D and E
• examinations for Standard Set B
